It's all well and good directing a nice, smooth tracking shot following a character into a building, but if you want to up the ante why not get them to fight dozens of people while they're at it?

Director Prachya Pinkaew thought it would be a good idea to give Thai martial arts legend Tony Jaa a run for his money in The Protector, choreographing an impressive extended single shot take fight on multiple stories of a restaurant.
