It might be a little unexpected to see a movie from the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress on a stunt-related list, and Stagecoach is perhaps best renowned for its iconic use of Monument Valley, not to mention being the breakthrough role for John Wayne, launching his lengthy collaboration with legendary filmmaker John Ford. But overlooking the incredible stunt work from Yakima Canutt - unarguably one of the greatest stunt performers to have ever lived - would be a crying shame.
