15. Entrails Of A Virgin (1986)
After nearly 30 years, Entrails Of A Virgin is still a potent mix of sex, violence, and more sex (albeit with traditional Japanese optical censoring), with a number of unique scenes that will make even the most jaded viewer sit up and take notice.
The film opens with a photo shoot going on in the hills of rural Japan. The group packs up and leaves only to get caught in a dense fog forcing them to spend the night in a vacant but well kept house. To keep everyone in high spirits, the group play sexual games by wrestling in their undergarments while drinking booze. Unbeknownst to the pervery, there’s a psychopathic swamp monster (or something to this effect) lying in wait who starts picking off the crew (killing the guys but raping the women) one by one.
This may sound like your typical slasher, but it's hardly that at all. The film is akin to a fever dream-like tale mixed with soft-core pornography. There are plenty of scenes that will stick with you but a very painful looking moment in which a woman has her guts pulled out of a certain noteworthy orifice will likely haunt your dreams for years to come.
