The Moment: Patrick Stewart takes on one of the most daring roles of his career as a neo-Nazi in the latest movie from Jeremy Saulnier (Blue Ruin), in which a punk band are targeted by a white supremacist group after witnessing them committing a murder. Why It Will Define 2015: Because who doesn't love the guy who played Jean-Luc Picard? To see him playing such an absurdly against-type role has already placed him firmly in Oscar consideration by numerous awards prognosticators, and should hopefully result in one of the year's more memorably unexpected turns. Could Stewart end up with a little gold guy on his mantelpiece by this time next year?
