20 More Everyday Challenges Movies & TV Make Look So Easy

19. Being Active While Also Being A Smoker

James Bond There is a percentage of smokers that remain very physically fit and active, almost to the point where you have to remind yourself that they are also smokers. These are not the smokers I'm talking about. I'm talking about people who sit on the couch and smoke a pack of cigarettes in twenty minutes and then, an hour later, can expertly outrun a serial killer through the woods. How in the heck? Now, I've been a smoker for eight years (no, I'm not proud), and I can barely play with my dog for more than twenty minutes before my chest gets tight and my breathing gets heavy and staggered. It is doubtful, at best, that I would be able to give chase to a psychopath. It is possible, though, even after only smoking for one night without previously being a smoker, any running, jumping, dancing, or fighting will prove to be a bigger struggle than for those who have never smoked to begin with. Someone how, though, those pesky characters manage to get out of harm's way and live to see another day.

18. Mapping Out Game Plans

Home Alone Map The best movie mapper is the great Kevin McAllister from Home Alone. The map he creates when setting up the house for total domination against the middle aged foes is delightful, to say the least. I remember after watching Home Alone for the first time, I myself tried to map out my house, and failed. Miserably. Even now, trying to draw maps for people when it comes to getting down the street five miles, my drawings look absolutely ridiculous! Which is, of course, why I've stopped making such diagrams and started telling people to use GPS.
