Cinema is littered with misquotes and made up lines. Nobody in Casablanca ever says Play it again, Sam, Me Tarzan, you Jane is similarly invented, and there are dozens more besides that. What makes them all the more unbelievable is they're so ingrained in pop culture you feel like they must be true. Ghostbusters has a similar thing: nobody actually calls those natty nuclear-powered backpacks they wear Proton Packs until about halfway through the second movie, when Egon suggests they switch them on before descending into the sewers. So what did people call them before that? Who knows?
