20 Ghostbusters Easter Eggs You Never Noticed

13. The Terror Dogs Are From Philadelphia

The €œTerror Dogs€ €“ the informal names of the infernal beasts otherwise known as Zuul and Vinz Clortho, the Keymaster and the Gatekeeper in the film €“ are two of the most straight-up haunting parts of Ghostbusters. It's mostly a comedy, but there's definitely some actual scary stuff in there, too. And a couple of demonic dogs tearing up New York definitely qualify. Even more scary? Those dogs weren't total inventions for the movie, from the minds of some sadistic production designer. In fact the Terror Dogs were actual statue designs on an old church in Philadelphia. Like gargoyles. But gargoyles come to life and voiced by Sigourney Weaver and Rick Moranis.
