This is when the protagonists meet the horror that is Patient Zero - a gaunt female who looks like an anorexic zombie. Soon after, the girl hears Angela and Pablo, lunges after them and bashes Pablo's head in with a hammer. On the ground, crawling, scared to death, a sobbing Angela inches toward the camera before getting dragged off into the unlit apartment. She's screwed - the audience, meanwhile, can finally breathe.
