Zombies, yes, we know about them. We're always offered up with the world-ending scenario, where life as we know it stops and humanity has to deal with the consequences of being savaged beyond repair with no feasible way of dealing with it.
Most movies show us the initial outbreak - or survival in the thick of it - but rarely do they show us the genuine rebuild of civilisation once its been torn down. The Cured, as the title suggests, shows us what happens when zombies are re-integrated back into society, and all of the fear, prejudice, and hate that bubbles away between those that were once flesh-feasting monsters and those that remained unchanged.
