20 Hidden Movie Frames You Probably Missed In Famous Movies

11. Classic Movie Monsters - Cloverfield

Fight Club Brad Pitt

Matt Reeves and J.J. Abrams' Cloverfield is a monster movie awash in mystery and intrigue from start to finish, and also loaded with tons of subtle Easter eggs for viewers to catch.

The movie's found footage style allowed Reeves to effortlessly sneak in some hidden frames by having the footage "glitch" occasionally.

At three points in the film - roughly the 24, 45, and 67-minute marks - blink-and-you'll-miss-it glimpses of classic monster movies are visible for a single frame.

The films in question are the 1933 King Kong, 1953's The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms, and 1954's Them!

As a playful nod to Cloverfield's genre forebears, this was undeniably cool.
