20 Hidden Movie Frames You Probably Missed In Famous Movies

18. Animated Bob Hoskins - Who Framed Roger Rabbit

Fight Club Brad Pitt
Buena Vista

We can't talk about ahead-of-their-time technical masterpieces without mentioning the sublime Who Framed Roger Rabbit, which expertly blended live-action and animation like never before.

Though the movie's primary attraction is seeing a flesh-and-blood Bob Hoskins interact with wacky cartoon characters, there are a few brief frames during the Benny car chase where Hoskins' protagonist Eddie Valiant is actually animated.

These frames pass so quickly that there's little chance of anyone noticing them in full motion, but when viewed frame-by-frame, it's clear that an animator was actually tasked with drawing a full cartoon iteration of Eddie.

Whether this was an attempt to disguise Hoskins' stunt double or merely offer up one of the most effort-filled Easter eggs in movie history, it's great.
