19. Transformers: The Last Knight

The Transformers franchise finally started to suffer with audience fatigue in its fifth instalment, which while probably not the worst film in the series, has a solid claim for probably being the dumbest.

It's a film where Stanley Tucci plays a boozy Merlin, a Transformer apparently killed Hitler, Anthony Hopkins shows up for a meaty exposition dump and Mark Wahlberg swings around Excalibur, so if any of that sounds like gonzo fun to you, you just might enjoy this one.

Sadly most of the so-bad-it's-good potential is derailed by its brutally overlong runtime and some infuriating ratio-switching throughout the movie, because Bay apparently shot the film on about a dozen different types of camera.
