1. Obi-Wan Constantly Makes Terrible Decisions - The Entire Saga
Is there any Star Wars character in history who makes such utterly baffling decisions as Kenobi? Across the span of all six films, this apparent Jedi mastermind is instrumental in causing several massive screw-ups wherever he goes and truly is the master of the whole ridiculous plot. Here's just a few of Kenobi's ridiculous decisions: Complete failure to train Anakin and lets him fall to the dark side of the force by repeatedly abandoning him Defeats Anakin by chopping off his limbs and then decides to not finish the job, giving birth to Darth Vader in his robotic form Takes Luke Skywalker and hides him on a planet with relatives who share the same name Sits in a cave for years, essentially becoming a hermit until R2-D2 - by chance - lands on the planet Talks in riddles constantly Sacrifices himself for no apparent reason while fighting Darth Vader and still insists on coming back as a Force Ghost For an elite Jedi, good old Obi-Wan really did make some truly awful choices.
