Jessica Henwick had quite the 2021, stealing the show as Bugs in The Matrix Resurrections, filming a still-unknown role in Knives Out 2, and providing a pivotal voiceover role for the Blade Runner: Black Lotus animated series.

But her year was almost even better, as she also filmed a part in Godzilla vs. Kong, which sadly ended up being left on the cutting room floor alongside several other actors.

It still hasn't been confirmed exactly who Henwick played, though her part clearly wasn't massively plot-relevant, and its excision was presumably part of director Adam Wingard's commitment to keeping the film under the two-hour mark.

Still, it's a shame her role hasn't resurfaced in deleted scenes, because a lot of fans would love to see what she was up to.
