2. The Batman Begins Batsuit Left Christian Bale In Agony

Batman Begins' Batsuit suffered from the same problem that each and every single one to grace the big screen before it did; Christian Bale couldn't turn his head while wearing it! Having to turn his entire body to talk to another character ended up being the least of the actor's problems though. The neck mobility in the costume was so restricting and tight that Bale suffered from severe headaches. It was so bad that he's admitted to having come close to quitting the movie when he first tried on the heavy and claustrophobic costume.
