17. There Was A Cartoon Spin-Off Show For Kids
As James Bond has done such big business on the big screen, it is surprising that Bond has never translated well to the smaller one. To date, the Bond franchise has only produced one TV series - and it's one that no one ever remembers. James Bond Jr. focused on 007's nephew and his more colourful, kid-friendly versions of his uncle's adventures - including fighting SCUM, which stands for Saboteurs and Criminals United in Mayhem (they clearly followed SPECTRE in making up the name then thinking of what it stood for later). James Jr. was often joined by his comedy sidekick I.Q, the grandson of Bond's armourer Q. Many characters from the film series feature in the show, lthough they are given bizarre new looks. Classic henchman Jaws, famous for his steel teeth, was redesigned as having an entirely metal jaw, while Oddjob swapped his butler outfit for a garish tracksuit. The weirdest is surely the redesign of Dr No, who is transformed into a copy of Iron Man's Mandarin with Spock ears.
