It's cute, but who the hell has a landline, let alone a burger phone, and what is with the douchebag pipe? Juno was infuriatingly unlike your average teenager, but every piece of her dialogue is so overwritten and stylized to try and make you think she is. It is unclear if the writers of Juno were trying to make her unlikeable, but her tearaway teen attitude made it that way.

Secondly, the character does nothing for sex ed, and if anything, almost makes you wish not to have children if they grow into the grungey anger machine who throw their burger phone at the wall and strop when they don't get their own way. The film itself is charming in parts, and Ellen Page is a great actress, but Juno is such a cold know-it-all, you just can't warm to her and find yourself annoyed whenever her smart alec mouth opens.
