3. The Bye Bye Man

Looks like someone's out to create a new horror icon, as Doug Jones dons an ominous cloak (and, we're assuming, a fair bit of make-up) to portray the mysterious, malevolent phantom Bye Bye Man of the title, who preys on fear and pushes his victims to commit heinous acts.
The trailer and images released suggest something that might get a little crazier and gorier than we tend to see from mainstream horror nowadays, which I daresay may be a refreshing change. The director is Stacy Title, previously responsible for - ahem - Snoop Dogg's Hood of Horror.
