14. The Batcycle (Various Batman Movies)
The Batcycle has appeared in Joel Schumacher's Batman and Robin movie, as well as in all three movies of Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy. In Batman and Robin, it is known as the Batblade and is the motorcycle used by Batgirl. The vehicle can function under the most extreme weather conditions and was built on the body of a drag racer (the rear tire comes not from a motorcycle, but from a car). In the Dark Knight trilogy, the bike is known as the Batpod and actually ejects out of the front end of the Tumbler (that franchise's version of the Batmobile). It is armed with grappling hooks, cannons, and machine guns. As well as being driven by Batman, it is also used by Selina Kyle who uses it to open a tunnel to allow Gotham civilians to escape, to shoot Bane, and to destroy at least two of Bane's Tumblers while tracking the nuclear bomb that Bane and Talia al Ghul intended to use to destroy the Gotham City.
