20 Most Rewatchable Horror Movies Of All Time

19. I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997)

The Shining Jack Nicholson
Columbia Pictures

I Know What You Did Last Summer may be a cheap imitation of the superior Scream (1996) but it’s now fallen into the 'so bad it’s good' territory. The acting is weak, the plot is silly, the villain is tame and the dialogue is so poorly written.

It doesn’t help that Scary Movie (2000) came along just a few years later and spoofed the original so relentlessly, that it can never be taken seriously again.

But if you’re somebody who likes movies which tried and failed, you’ll definitely appreciate this one. I Know What You Did Last Summer has become a guilty pleasure for many. It’s not scary or clever and that’s why, as a film which is supposedly meant to be creepy, it’s just so much fun to watch.

After all, the beloved franchise of horror flicks wouldn't be complete without its unintentionally bad films.
