2. Agent Coulson's Resurrection - Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.
The Moment: After Agent Coulson is killed by Loki in The Avengers, he's resurrected for the TV show, with alien technology being used to bring him back to life.
Why It's Ridiculous: This is arguably the biggest mistake the MCU has made so far, in bringing a dead character back from the brink, and therefore almost completely obliterating the stakes for death. If a human can be magicked back to life (albeit at a considerable cost), then why should the audience give a damn?
This is probably why Coulson will be kept out of future movies, because to a large chunk of the MCU fanbase who aren't interested in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Coulson is still dead, and that's probably for the best.
It's almost as if...Marvel Studios realise the concession they made to get their TV show rolling, and how it's best kept at arm's length from the MCU stuff everyone actually cares about.
Sadly, if you are an AoS fan, then watching The Avengers just doesn't have the same emotional impact anymore, because you know Coulson isn't dead permanently.
