The Moment: Cap and Black Widow discover that Arnim Zola, the scientist who helped Red Skull access the Tesseract in the first Captain America movie, has transferred his consciousness into a 1970s supercomputer after suffering a terminal illness.

Zola provides an info dump as a stall tactic while a missile fixes in on their position, destroying all the computers but not Cap and Widow.

Why It's So Ridiculous: The MCU has had some silly plot-lines over the years, but this one definitely strained credibility, all the more so because it took place in one of the franchise's most grounded and "realistic" films, considering the whole political suspense thriller premise.

It's played weirdly straight-faced too, which doesn't much help, but the rest of the movie is so great that most are prepared to just roll with it, no matter how daft it is.
