15. The Camera Inside Tom Holland's Ass - Cherry
The Russo brothers' new film Cherry received wildly polarising reviews from critics, some praising its ambitious scope and Tom Holland's solid performance as drug-addicted bank robber Nico Walker, while others lamented the Russos' insanely hyperactive, self-indulgent direction.
There's perhaps no better indicator of the brothers' over-eager desire to throw everything at the wall and see what sticks than the early scene where Nico enlists in the Army and gets examined by a doctor.
He receives a rectal exam, visualised here by what appears to be a camera placed deep inside Tom Holland's colon, the doctor visibly peering into the cavernous expanse with his flashlight.
It's a genuinely offputting - if also perversely hilarious - moment, and in a film packed with questionable choices, is surely the most stomach-churning of the lot.
