20 Movie Remakes You Didn’t Know Were In The Works

The Film

If there's one remake currently in production that absolutely deserves to exist, it's the mooted remake - or readaptation of Alan Moore's The League Of Extraordinary Gentleman. The first go was an absolute abuse, apparently ruined by friction between star Sean Connery and director Stephen Norrington, which ended both of their careers.

Apparently, the remake will be more "female-centric" (don't lose your mind, that would just be in line with the original comics), and while there's no director yet, John Davis is directing and it's very much still happening, with an agenda to kick off a new franchise.

Is It A Good Idea?

Did you see the first attempt? Of course it's a bloody good idea.

The comics deserve a hell of a lot better than that Sean Connery-led travesty, and it's about time it was done the right way.

Which of these remakes are you most and least excited about? Share your reactions below in the comments thread.
