This is happening. On Thursday, July 21, at 5:45pm PST inside the Horton Grand Theatre, filmmakers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg are conducting a panel for Sausage Party. More than that, they will screen the film for attendees at the conclusion of the panel.
Obviously, this is not a revelation that can be completely shared with those not in attendance. Still, those on the outside will at least be able to see a very early social media reaction to the film. The reactions will be well ahead of most critic reviews, giving this screening the power to establish early buzz for the film.
