The most exciting Spider-Man movie ever filmed, Into the Spider-Verse finds a young Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore) coming to terms with his newfound powers and his identity as a superhero following the death of Spider-Man (Chris Pine).

During the most pivotal scene of the film, Miles finds himself accepting his role as the new Spider-Man, by leaping from a building, using his powers and facing his fears.

The glass behind him shatters as he jumps, everything slips into slow-motion as Blackway and Black Cavalier's "What's Up Danger" blares in the background, and it ends with Miles upside down, consumed by the city he must now protect, as he finds the strength needed to accept his power.

With striking intensity and intricate detail, the whole leap of faith sequence is a breathtaking feat of animation and character development, allowing Miles to push himself despite his uncertainty, and allowing the animators to craft a scene so complex, symbolic and awe-inspiring that is has to be seen more than once in order to catch every sound, edit and slice of dialogue that makes it so enveloping.
