20 Movie Talents We Lost In 2017
13. Glenne Headly
Actress Glenne Headly cut her teeth in the acting profession
with several theatrical roles in Chicago and Broadway alongside fellow talents
such as John Malkovich, Susan Sarandon and Kevin Kline.
She made the transition to the silver screen with supporting roles in films like the 1987 comedy Nadine and British fantasy film Paperhouse but it was her role in classic comedy Dirty Rotten Scoundrels as naïve heiress Janet Colgate in 1988 and as Tess Truehart in Dick Tracy two years later that really put her on the map.
Headly’s last notable films included The Joneses, Don Jon and The Circle and recently she was cast in Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg’s Hulu comedy series Future Man before she sadly died midway through filming.
