20 Movie Villains We Couldn't Help But Love

7. Mr. Burns (The Simpsons)

mrburns The multimillionaire C. Montgomery Burns is Springfield's version of Charles Foster Kane. There have even been episodes devoted to his search for a childhood toy from his innocent youth, a teddy bear named Bobo. Like Charles Foster Kane, the wealthy head of the nuclear power plant in the legendary cartoon The Simpsons is a ruthless capitalist, the likes of which Mr. Potter from It's a Wonderful Life would applaud. Even when he means well, Mr. Burns just proves to be physically impossible at committing good deeds. In his attempt to get into the world of recycling, he ends up making millions using plastic nets to rake the wildlife from the waters to create his Animal Slurry. Mr. Burns is such a bad man that even the young baby Maggie Simpson shot him as he literally attempted to steal candy from her. Why We Can't Help But Love Him: Mr. Burns is so evil that he has a trap door in his office to spring on complaining employees. And he's a villain so maniacal he created a device to literally block out the sun. He is not a man to be hated but cherished, for having given us some of the greatest Simpsons episodes ever.
