19. The Nova Corps (Guardians Of The Galaxy)

Granted, the Nova Corps were extremely prominent in the Guardians Of The Galaxy movie, so you can't really call them an Easter egg as such, but the fact is that they were hinting at something that will undoubtedly occur in Phase 3 - the introduction of their namesake superhero "Nova" AKA Richard Rider. The Nova Corps now have the Orb in their possession and it's fairly safe to suggest that they will use it to create the Nova Force - and that will require their best hero to wield it. Enter Richard Rider. Expect the character to first appear in Guardians Of The Galaxy 2 and then go on to fight in the Infinity War alongside both the Avengers and the Guardians Of The Galaxy. He'll be a hell of a lot more powerful than anything the Nova Corps have displayed in their arsenal thus far. He should also get his own film in Phase 4 of the franchise.
