9. "Eat Slugs!" - Chamber Of Secrets

The Line: In the middle of an argument with Draco, Ron declares, "You'll pay for that one, Malfoy. Eat slugs!", casting the slug-vomiting charm, but because his wand appears to be broken, the spell backfires and he ends up vomiting slugs himself. Why It's Ridiculous: It sounds like a petty insult kids would use around the playground, and though it at least relates to what he's attempting to inflict upon Draco, that doesn't make it sound any less square and pathetic. That the spell backfires just makes it seem all the more silly. Besides, if he's casting the spell non-verbally (as he doesn't say the incantation), then he needn't have said "eat slugs!" at all. He could've said something way more bada** like "suck on this!" or "this is my boomstick!" No?
