The Line: Again, the whole exchange is pretty cringe-inducing and stilted, though the kicker comes with Hermione's outrageous response: Hermione: Ronald would like me to tell you that Seamus told him that Dean was told by Parvarti that Hagrid's looking for you. Harry: Is that right? Well...what? Hermione: Uh...Dean was told by Parvarti that...please don't ask me to say it again. Hagrid's looking for you. Harry: Well you can tell Ronald... Hermione: I'm not an owl! Why It's Ridiculous: Hermione's exasperation at playing messenger is fair enough, though her angry response inspires more laughter than anything in a scene that's clearly supposed to have a relatively serious tone. Had she said anything that didn't make audiences think of Emma Watson suddenly transforming into an Owl, then perhaps the scene might've fit its purpose. As it stands, it's an unintentional riot.
