20 Rotten Tomatoes Predictions For 2023's Biggest Movies

5. The Flash (79%)

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Jason Momoa
Warner Bros. Pictures

One of the biggest critical and box office wild cards of the year is The Flash, which despite the suspect conduct of star Ezra Miller has reportedly gone down very well with test audiences.

As such there's little reason to doubt it being anything less than solidly reviewed if critics can leave their feelings about Miller at the door, especially with critics likely caring less than fans about the wider kerfuffle going on with the DCEU right now.

ViewerAnon and other industry insiders have reported that Warner Bros. has a crowd-pleaser on their hands here, and assuming it makes the most of Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton both reprising their respective Batman roles, it's easy to see why.

Don't be shocked if The Flash ends up being both one of the best-reviewed DCEU movies and one of the most acclaimed superhero films of the year, with high-70s or low-80s on the Tomatometer.
