20 Terrible 2015 Movies That Should Never Have Happened

3. The Scorpion King 4: Quest For Power

The Plot: Legendary warrior Mathayus (Victor Webster, reprising his role from the previous film) is forced to stand off against an ancient evil that threatens to destroy and/or enslave all of humanity. Why It Shouldn't Exist: Because, let's face it, did you even know there were four Scorpion King movies? Everyone remembers the one with The Rock (the only one to actually get a theatrical release), then Michael Copon took over the role in 2008, and finally Webster landed it for the last two movies. How these films make enough money to generate more sequels and/or prequels is anyone's guess, especially with the hilarious likes of Michael Biehn, Barry Bostwick, Rutger Hauer and Lou freaking Ferrigno getting a few minutes in each. At least it doesn't take itself particularly seriously, but it's still bland fantasy fare with low-rent action, risible performances and a script someone probably wrote over a weekend with a few bottles of wine.
