20 Theories That Answer Classic Unexplained Disney Questions

12. Why Didn't Cinderella Just Run Away And What Would Have Happened If Someone's Else Foot Fit The Slipper Before Prince Charming Reached Her?

The Film: Cinderella Answer: Cinderella was an orphan with no inheritance, no social connections and she hadn't even come out in society. In what world would she have survived if she had run away? The answer to this question can also be found with Fanny's story in John Cleland's novel Fanny Hill and in Thomas Hardy's Tess of the D'Urbervilles and it isn't pretty. Everything happens for a reason, right? The Prince was meant to find Cinderella at that exact moment so that she would be the first person in the ENTIRE kingdom with that size foot. Imagine if all women had similar sized feet? Cinderella would be a story of chaos and in the real world, when someone cuts their toes off in order to for into the slipper (like the ugly step sister's did), they wouldn't be found out by the amount of blood gushing out of their foot because life isn't fair and they would get the guy.
