Given the obviously traumatic subject matter, it's surprising that not one but two of the film's cast and crew members were actually pregnant while American Psycho was being shot.

Reese Witherspoon was three months pregnant with her first child while shooting her role, and even more impressively, director Harron was expecting a baby while not only shooting the movie but shepherding it through post-production.
