15. A Line Of Dialogue Was Originally Written For Scream
Mere minutes into the movie, Cindy and Bobby hang out in her bedroom in a scene that's very clearly parodying an establishing scene from the original Scream between Sidney (Neve Campbell) and Billy (Skeet Ulrich).
Cindy says to Bobby, "So you thought you would just climb through my window and we would play bump-bump?"
As much as you'd assume this line was written to suit Cindy's ditzy sensibilities, it was actually taken verbatim from the original script for Scream (er, Scary Movie).
Originally, Sidney was supposed to say the very same quip to Billy, before it was later changed to, "Oh, so you thought you would climb through my window and have a little raw footage?"
It was a good change for all parties, clearly.
