16. All Four Turtles Costume Performers Appear In Secondary Cameo Roles
All four of the actors who appear in the Turtles suits in the movie were also given secondary cameo roles, allowing them to briefly flash their mugs to the audience.
Josh Pais, surely the most well-known of the quartet, played Raphael in the film and doubled as a passenger in the back of a New York cab after Raphael jumps on the hood; Michelangelo performer Michelan Sisti also played the pizza delivery man dropping off a pizza at the Turtles' hideout; Donatello actor Lief Tilden was the Foot messenger who meets April in the subway; and Leonardo's David Forman re-appeared as a gang member in the Foot warehouse when Casey fights Tatsu (Toshishiro Obata).
