6. Dr. Scott Crashes Through The Wall Because The Crew Forgot To Build A Door

Who can forget the moment when Dr. Everett V. Scott (Jonathan Adams) makes his spectacular entrance by crashing through the wall of Dr. Frank-N-Furter's lab?

As delightfully insane as it is, this gag wasn't actually featured in the original film's script, with Scott initially intended to make a more conventional, less-destructive entrance through an actual door.

But before shooting the scene, the crew discovered a major issue: they'd forgotten to build an extra door in the lab allowing Scott to make his entrance.

As a result, the decision was made to just have him smash through a wall instead. A happy accident, then.
