3. The Original Four Were Always In The Script
Despite going through numerous writers and scripts, four of the original Transformers from the G1 cartoon were always present, those being Bumblebee, Optimus Prime, Megatron, and Starscream.
Any Transformers fan will tell you that these characters are central to any good Cybertronian related story. They hold a special place in fans' heats for a reason. Of course, many were not happy with the changes made to each of their designs, but were happy to see them in the film regardless.
