19. It's One Of Quentin Tarantino's Favourite Films
In 2009, Quentin Tarantino made a short video for Sky Movies in which he listed 20 of his favourite films that had been released in the last 17 years (1992 - 2009). In the list, he talks about films such as Fight Club, The Matrix, Shaun of the Dead and wouldn't you know it, Unbreakable.
Tarantino goes on to praise the film, claiming that it includes the best performance Bruce Willis has ever given (and that's coming from the guy who directed him in Pulp Fiction). Tarantino also suggests that the film is a brilliant retelling of the Superman mythology and even calls it 'one of the masterpieces of our time'.
