18. Marty Checks His Pants Are Still On
Shortly after traveling back to 1885, Marty is knocked out and cared for by his great-great-grandparents Seamus and Maggie McFly (Fox and Lea Thompson).
After waking up in bed at their home and chatting with Maggie - who, of course, looks just like his mother Lorraine - there's a fleeting second where Marty looks under the blanket.
The scene's rather low-lit so it's not easy noticed, but Marty is in fact checking to see that he's still wearing his pants.
This is in reference to the unforgettable moment from the first movie where he's hit by a car and wakes up at Lorraine's house only to find that she took his pants off before putting him to bed. Hilarious.
