For perfect proof of just how absurd the attention-to-detail is in these movies, look no further than the scene where Doc and Marty talk to the train conductor to inquire about its speed.
Keep your eyes peeled and you'll notice the iconic clock for the Clock Tower being unloaded off the train in the background. It's easily missed if you're focused on the foreground, yet once you know it's there, you'll almost certainly see it every time.
Considering this glorified Easter egg likely required a decent amount of co-ordination to pull off, it's further testament to Zemeckis' meticulousness.
