4. The Gyro Captain's "Cameo"
At the start of the movie when Max is tied to Nux's car as a "blood bag," a skull can be seen hanging above Max with a distinctive pilot's cap and goggles bearing a striking similarity to those worn by the Gyro Captain (Bruce Spence) in the second film.
Though the cap and goggles aren't a perfect 1:1 match, given the possible difficulty in sourcing the very same piece of wardrobe over three decades later, this could still very well suggest a grim fate for the fan favourite character, presumably having being slow-bled for the War Boys.
