Here's a detail you really need a pair of eagle eyes to catch, so credit to the fine folk over at /r/MovieDetails for this one.

Though Furiosa clearly has a mechanical left arm after losing her arm in an unexplained incident, less obvious is the fact that the arm is actually powered by the same engine you'd typically find in a model airplane - a Cox .049 Babe Bee, to be precise.

It's a neat piece of minor world-building given that it explicitly implies that Furiosa's mechanical arm was likely scavenged and cobbled together out of whatever scrap she or somebody else could find in the Wasteland.
