Alight, let's go back to that scene in the meat plant one last time. As you probably know, a significant plot point in the film is that Rocky is a southpaw. In other words, Balboa is left-handed, which means, as a boxer, he leads with his right hand and puts his right foot forward.

Sylvester Stallone has said he's ambidextrous, or able to use both his left and right and interchangeably. When he squares off against the slab of beef at Paulie's workplace, he leads with his left hand, the stance of a right-handed boxer.

Whoops!
