The real estate listing for this "mysterious" Swedish villa rather buries the lede. For 2.375 million kroner you could enjoy 2 -3 bedrooms, tiled bathroom and spacious kitchen, laundry room and living room, a nice garden, and a detached garage. The floors are heated. It looks pretty cosy! Oh yeah, and that thirty square metre "living room" is a home cinema dedicated to the Predator franchise, without mounted busts of the famous mask and mug, life-size Predator statues, and a general décor based on the ships the aliens piloted in the movies. Also: a disco ball and a shout out to the facehuggers that caused them trouble in that one (or two) crossover film. Seriously, this thing is absolutely stunning and probably worth the money. What is the exchange rate for kroner, anyway...?
