Let's face it: we were all super conflicted when we first heard that Marvel had decided to make Guardians of the Galaxy into an actual and official MCU motion picture, and then - when images of a talking raccoon and a tree-man showed up - millions of people presumably stared at their screens and said: "Seriously, WTF?" Now, this thing is shaping up to be one of the coolest and most insane Marvel movies ever. We can't wait.

So Guardians of the Galaxy is being helmed by James Gunn, whose prior efforts - Slither and Super - mark him out as a talent with a lot to say. Then there's the fact that Parks and Recreation's Chris Pratt has gone from TV actor to Hollywood superstar in the leading role (and looks to be nailing it), Bradley Cooper is voicing Rocket Raccoon, and the whole thing looks like a brilliant, twisted, comic book Star Wars flick.
