20 Worst DCEU Movie Moments (So Far)

This is one of the worst superhero finales in recent memory.

All of it is far, far too over-the-top and this removes any sort of suspense or emotional gravitas from proceedings and pretty much the entire thing is Superman and General Zod throwing each other buildings.

There's also the disturbing amount of collateral damage throughout this finale and it seems likely Superman literally killed thousands and thousands of innocent people. This was one of the reasons why Batman dislikes Superman in the next film and it seems very likely that this plot element was a direct response to the controversy and backlash from viewers regarding the destruction of Metropolis.

It's sad really. If it weren't for the terrible fight scenes Man of Steel would've been a pretty good movie judging by the strength of its first half.
