18. Ethan Has A Beard (For One Scene)

Once Ilsa helps Ethan escape and CIA higher-up Alan Hunley (Alec Baldwin) threatens to capture Hunt, the CIA are seen launching an operation to bring him in after tracking him to Havana. Of course, he's one step ahead of them and tricked the CIA into showing up there, all while he's comfortably hiding away in France, complete with a large, scruffy beard. It'll almost instantly remind some viewers of Pierce Brosnan's facial stylings at the start of Die Another Day, taking a dapper, suave action hero and making him look like he belongs in a heavy metal band. Cruise only dons the outrageous look for one single scene, but it's still pretty difficult to forget.
