Motive: Buffalo Bill always wanted to be a woman, and thus decides to craft himself a woman suit by abducting and then killing young women. He would then skin them and sew patches of their skin into a suit. What Makes It Insane? How is killing to craft a "woman suit" of real skin not insane? Buffalo Bill was a seriously creepy serial killer that was only out-creeped by Hannibal himself.
